Ethan Nguyen

My career began in biotechnology, solving real-world problems in science and research.

Over time, I became more interested in the systems behind the tools we used - the software, the automation, the logic powering everything.

That curiosity led me into tech.

Now I’m a Software Engineer, currently finishing my Computer Science degree at UBC, focused on building real-world applications and designing better systems.

I’m especially interested in backend systems, scalable architecture, and building software that turns complex problems into simple solutions.
